Our School is a Roman Catholic School for children aged 3 - 11 where we aim to nurture your child to become the fully rounded invidual they have the potential to be. At the heart of our ethos are the Gospel values of love, joy, peace and truth and as a school community we strive to live these values in everything we do. Our aim is to prepare children for their future; accademically, spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially.
The uniquiness of every child is celebrated at St Nicholas; our curriculum offers a rich and engaging range of activities that meet children's different learning styles and interests. We teach children the importance of respect for each other, the value of difference and the skills of working together.
As a school we recognise the importance of a good relationship with parents and we work hard to help our parents support their child's learning and well-being. We enjoy good relationships with our parents and are always working to improve this further. We have an active PTA which helps provide the children with a range of extra-curricular activities and resources.
As the only Catholic school in Exeter, we serve the parishes of the Sacred Heart Church; Blessed Sacrament Church and Holy Cross Church. You are welcome to come and visit us, to see our school in action and to find out more about our ethos and values.
The headteacher is Mrs Angela Folland.
